Any reproduction, distribution, public making available or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal consequences.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. identity, contact or payment data) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data is processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements. We apply high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Fundex LMX — whether manual or via AI automation — are your full responsibility and risk. Fundex LMX provides a technical infrastructure but does not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial markets (including stocks and crypto) can be highly volatile and may result in total loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time — for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you of adjustments in a timely manner (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform notices or our website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you are free to close your account.
